Our capsule filling machine is suitable for all classes of pharmaceutical manufactures.

It is very easy to operate with no deviation and negligible rejection. Fill loading try with empty capsules. Place loading tray on the top plate, operate cam handle to separate the cap and the body of the capsule. Place powder try in postion, fill accurate quantity of powder dispenser. Operate lever to lock the cap and body of capsules. Remove loading tray and dischanre the filled capsules.

SEMI AUTOMATIC CAPSULE LOADER









It is muscular, easy in operation and compact design. It is best for medium and small scale pharmaceutical units. Higher production at lower cost and superior standards of accuracy.

Fill SS Hopper with empty capsules. The capsule automatically gets loaded in tray. Power shuts off automatically when the tray is loaded. Remove the loaded tray.

Capacity: Fill 300 holes plate in 24 seconds giving an output of 3,60,000 capsules per 8 hours shift.
